The Weather got Warmer

As April faded into May and summer appeared to be right around the corner, we continued on with life as usual, getting out to enjoy the changing season and hanging out with a few more cousins...

It's quite an army to feed anymore...

Went to see 10,000 Buddhas... an odd thing to see in western Montana

Took in the great Flathead Lake!

Sat around at Cousin Morgan's under-construction house...

Inspected some fence building

Entertained Arseny...

Josh impressed his mother with his new ink...

Morgan burned the place to the ground...

Caught some fly balls and footballs at Lolo School

Adam hit the track and the field!

Nolan entertained his new plant...

And we all did our best to entertain Drax...

And of course, someone had to break a foot...

Other than that, it was a great spring to lounge around and enjoy the warming weather!

 

Spring Things

It was another beautiful spring in Montana! We were up to a variety of different things as the winter left and the weather started to get warmer. Here are some of the highlights:

Living the hot s'mores life

Candy-filled Easter egg extravaganza

Had a high intensity kickball game!

And enjoyed some cake for the youngest birthday boy

This kid also had a birthday! Enter the teenage years...

And of course, another baseball season began!

Canada has National Parks too

While I'm still putting pins in my U.S. National Parks map, I figured it would be fun to check out what they've got north of the border as well. Banff National Park in Alberta did not disappoint! It was basically an extension of the mountains we've seen in Glacier NP and extremely impressive in its own right. We visited the town of Banff and checked out the frozen over Lake Louise. Definitely a magical place!

Overall, it was an amazing experience and well worth the trip! Now that we're all passported hopefully there will be more Canadian adventures in the future!
